Registration Fees Include:

  • Full participation in the conference including conference bag and materials
  • Access to all summit sessions, workshops, exhibit area and the Friday Evening Rare Champion of Hope Awards
  • Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, snacks, and evening receptions on Thursday and Friday at Hotel Irvine
  • Access to Global Genes discounted hotel room block ($209.00 per night) at Hotel Irvine through August 23, 2017

Registration Policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Cancellations submitted before 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2017 will receive a 70% refund. No refunds will be made after this date.

Guest Registration
If you wish to bring a guest, they would be entitled to receive the same registration rate as you. We do not have lower special guest rates.

Registration Substitutions
Substitution requests must be emailed to by Monday, September 11, 2017. Please make sure to include the name and email address of the substitute when you email Global Genes. 

Onsite Registration and Badge Pick Up 
Registration badges will be available for pick up on site in the Pre-Function Foyer located by the Hotel front desk. Registration will be open at the following dates and times.
Wednesday, September 13: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday, September 14: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, September 15: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Exhibitor Registration
Each corporate exhibiting company is entitled to two (02) complimentary badges per exhibit booth and each non-profit exhibiting company is entitled to one (01) complimentary badge per exhibit booth. Exhibit Personnel Badges allow full access to the conference and all events. Instructions for registration for Exhibit Booth Personnel will be sent with booth assignments beginning in August 2017.
