Question: 1. What is the event dates?

Question: 2. What is included in registration?
Answer:

All scheduled RARE Partnering events and meals are included with your event registration on Thursday. Meals included are continental breakfast, lunch, and evening receptions.

Question: 3. What is the cost to attend?
Answer:

Question: 5. What is the registration cancellation policy?
Answer:

Cancellations received up until 11:59PM EST on August 31, 2017 will receive a 70% refund. Cancellations will not be issued after 12:00AM EST, September 1, 2017.

Question: 6. When will I receive my refund?
Answer:

If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 10-12 business days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type (the credit card utilized to register).

Question: 7. Do you have a guest fee?
Answer:

No, if you wish to bring a guest they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower special guest or family members. 

Question: 8. How do I register as a speaker?
Answer:

Speakers will receive instructions once they are confirmed so they may complete their registration. Speaker receive a full conference pass for their contribution to RARE Partnering.

Question: 9. What if I have medical dietary restrictions?
Answer:

There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process.

Question: 10. What is the dress code?
Answer:

Business attire is recommended but denim is also always welcomed.  A light jacket or sweater is recommended as meeting rooms may be cool. Badges will be required for entry into all sessions and events. 

Question: 11. What meals are included with the conference registration?
Answer:

Breakfast, lunch, breaks and cocktail receptions are included with your registration.

Question: 12. I registered but I need to make a change to my contact information. How can I do that?
Answer:

Click here to change or update your registration online. You will need to enter your email and your confirmation number in order to change or update your registration.

Question: 13. When and where do I sign in, once I'm onsite at RARE Partnering?
Answer:

Registration will be held in the Pavilion on Thursday, September 14, 2017 beginning at 6:30 am.

Question: 14. How do I get an invoice?
Answer:
  • Go to "Already Registered" button.
  • Enter your email address and unique confirmation number
  • Check the item(s) you want to print
  • Click print
Question: 15. What is the room rate for RARE Partnering room block?
Answer:

Global Genes has secured a discounted room block at the rate of $209.00 + 10.2% tax. To book a room as part of our block, please click HERE. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and all reservations must be made by August 23, 2017.

Question: 16. How do I book my room?
Answer:

The link to book your room within the RARE Partnering room block will be sent in your registration confirmation email or can be found by clicking HERE.

Question: 17. Does Hotel Irvine have a shuttle or transportation services?
Answer:

Hotel Irvine offers complimentary Airport Shuttle Service between the hotel and Orange County Airport between the hours of 5:00am-10:45pm.

The shuttle leaves the airport every 15 minutes and 45 minutes after the hour (e.g. 9:15am, 9:45am, 10:15am, 10:45am). All shuttles pickup at the same location – the Transportation Center located just outside baggage claim, across the front driveway. Look for the Hotel Irvine. Last shuttle departs at 10:45pm.

For return to the airport, the Airport Shuttle Service leaves the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour (e.g. 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am, 10:30am). First shuttle in the morning leaves the hotel at 5:00am.

Question: 18. What time is check in and check out?
Answer:

Hotel Irvine’s normal check in time is 3pm. If you arrive before 3 you are welcome to check with the front desk, as they start doing pre-registration around Noon. If they have rooms prepared they may be able to check you in early. If not, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurant, bar, or pool areas until your room is ready. Check out time is 12pm if you have a later departure time you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants or pool areas until your departure time.
